  • Automatically accept or reject candidates
  • Infer protected characteristics (such as age, gender, or ethnicity)
  • Learn from hiring outcomes in a way that reinforces past biases

Final decisions are always made by humans.


Human oversight

  • Candidates control their profiles and the information they share
  • Hirers interpret insights and make decisions
  • AI outputs are assistive and should be reviewed

People remain responsible for outcomes.


Data usage

AI operates on:

  • Information provided by users (such as skills, activities, and experience)
  • System models designed to improve matching and understanding

We do not sell personal data.


Transparency and explainability
